Order Tracking


Hoe do I track Status? To track your order status online, visit our order guest tracking page or order history page if you placed an order with an account. If this service is not available as it was developed by Wix.com, which can store product history and tons of other enhanced merchant services, please contact us about the tracking status which Gooten, Whitewall Photos, and Printify has to offer (sent and deemed by us) yet tracking status is fullfillable by us "Canvas & Posters" a Living Inside The Shell Company. When will my order be delivered? Our items are made to order and hand-assembled - most orders are delivered 2-9 business days from the date of purchase. When will I receive a shipping tracking number? Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, and dependent on the print service(s) either fullfilled by our company or Gooten, Whitewall Photos, or Printify. Most orders are shipped within 9 business days. I signed into my account, but cannot see my order, why? Orders placed as a guest cannot be tracked in your account. If your account was created after you checkout your order as a guest, you will lose access to viewing your guest order status. Please copy your order number and other information relavent which is found on the "Thank You" page at the end of the order process. E-mail us the order number, a scan of your ID for verification purposes, inncluding a print out of the final page which is of course the "Thank You Page" that we also have included important and dire instructions to upload your photos. Our email is info@photocanvass.com. Other unsimilar event(s) involving order status and lack of information will be dealt with on a client-to-client basis involving our right to leniency.




What is your return policy?


"Canvas & Posters" a Living Inside The Shell Company offers a 100% Enjoyment Guarantee! You will APPRECIATE your art, or we will take it back based on certain circumstances! If we decide that the final product is entirely what we offer (without imperfections) and does not exceed 100% of your expectation when compared to our policies, we will deliberate whether or not a replacement, or less suggestible, a refund. Shiiping of the Product will be your fee, but realizing the amount of the product, a custom box and shipping costs will be de minimis meaning that the total costs out of your pocket will be a small percentage of what you paid to recieve the order (product fullfillment). We will process your refund or exchange order once your return has been received and the timeframe of your refund will be based on the order received. Do I qualify for free return shipping? Free return shipping is only eligible for orders shipped within all Fifty (50) Contiguous United States and excludes Oversized Prints other thann the scenarios that are covered in the subsequent FAQ question. Orders shipped outside the 50 Contiguous United States will not be eligible for any return shipping labels unless shipped WORLDWIDE where sipiing costs associated with out-of-country shipments. We would gladly accept your return, but orders shipped outside of the Contiguous United States do not qualify for free returns and are the responsibility of the customer other than full shipping paid not by the store owner, us at "Canvas & Posters" a Living Inside The Shell Company, but you as the either prospective or respective client. You can request to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped. When will I be refunded for my return? Your refund will be processed once your return has been received. My order was damaged in transit! No worries. See our section for instructions on handling shipping and order issues.




Can I still be issued a return label for my oversized print?


Return labels may be issued for oversize prints shipped within the United States. However, a $99 fee will apply for each return label issued for oversize prints and, regarding reductions of your refund, will be assessed to your refund once the order is recieved and found warranted by the facility procurement procedures.




Shipping and Delivery


When can I expect to receive my order? Our items are made to order by hand and can take up to 2-9 business days to crop & place and ship. Customers who selected "Free Standard Shipping" should expect to receive their orders longer than the earliest shipment dates which are 2-3 days after the order. We do B2B Product fullfillment along with In house fullfillment with a high-quality fast scanner bundled with Point of Sale Software and an Top of the line Epson Printer which is capable of printing laser color and large advertisement comparable prints. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. To track your order status online, you must adhere to the tracking statuses that we are given as an incentive of a B2B affiliate. You must rely on the estimates we are given via a conversation through email at info@photocannvass.com. In special circumstances, you can track your order using the methods stemming from our B2B affiliates Gooten, Whitewall Photos, and Printify. Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed? If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can still change the address for you. Just to be clear, changing order information will delay the shipment. Does Free Shipping apply to all orders? Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. We assume the cost which is, to inform you, also assumable by the client yourself if said fees are legally attributable to the customer whether than the retailer/wholsaler, "Cannvas & Posters" a Living Inside The Shell Corporation. Do you ship internationally? "Canvas & Posters" a Living Inside The Shell Company (photocanvass.com) ships internationally! Shipping prices may vary based on size and location. Most of the times you will be able to see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart This is after you enter the shipping address at checkout. Taxes and duties do not apply. Why wouldn't you pay taxes. The answer is simple, online orders delivered in fashion that exhibits online behavior (shopping and fullfillment) has always been questionable since the mass use of the Internet. Why am I being charged extra by customs? International taxes and duties are not included in your order and will need to be paid before delivery. The cost of duties and taxes are regulated by your country’s customs bureau and not determined or collected by "Canvas & Posters" a Living Inside The Shell Company. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Most items can be delivered to P.O. Boxes, however, there are some size limitations. The following sizes cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes: custom jobs created by the need of the clientele/patron needing larger boxes and increased handling fees and special situations in which we have worked B2B with the companies Gooten, Whitewall Photos, and Printify to either ship faster or produce products that are deemed complex. Do you ship to U.S. military bases? We are more than happy to ship items to military service members. Please accept the knowledge that shipping fees are applicable towards orders shipped to overseas military bases. Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses. I received my tracking details, but it doesn’t show any movement, what should I do? If it has been more than two days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper’s website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at innfo@photocanvass.com for further assistance. What should I do if the tracking website states my package was delivered, but I never received it? We are so sorry for the trouble in advanced. It is always recommend to check around your property or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced. If after checking in you were unable to recover your packages, please contact us at info@photocanvass.com. Which shipping carrier does "Canvas & Posters" a Living Inside The Shell Company use? All orders US & International orders ship via UPS or, in the circumstance UPS cannot be used issue shipment and placement of the order, USPS, Fedex, or DHL.




Product Details, Hanging, and Care Guide

DOWNLOAD THE FRAMED PRINT HANGING INSTRUCTIONS My canvas is loose, what’s up with that? This can easily be fixed and you should not excessivle worry about the recourses. In most cases, they can be done by yourself. Though, this does not apply to the general construction and behavior of most of our Canvas & Posters. Our canvases are wrapped on stretcher bars that let you tighten them. If it is the case and the canvas gets loose, take it off the wall and place the loosest edge on the top of a towel of a secure table. You may see small plastic parts located in each of the corners. Those are called stretcher keys according to many Canvas or Poster sites. Just rap the keys softly with a hammer to tighten the canvas. First, tap down toward the table gently then rotate the canvas. Be sure to be thorough and tap down on the next side. In order to correct the "Canvas & Poster" back to its original likeliness, tap the keys in until the canvas is tight. In case it is over tightened, tears in the canvas can occur even though tears are rare. If you encounter a tear, please contact us at info@photocannvass.com. There is a dent on my canvas, is it ruined? No. Our canvases are fabric, so dents aren't the end all. To correct a dent, lay the piece face down on an ironing board or a towel on top of a table. Use a normal clothes iron on a low heat setting and iron the dent out from the backside. If that doesn't fix it, and you are within 30 days of your purchase, just let us know at info@photocannvass.com. Can you add a mat to the framed paper print? Currently, we do not offer such a service. But our prints can be self-matted. This is by bending the metal flex points back towards the frame and removing the backing and print to apply the mat. Please note that fine art paper is very fragile and can easily pick up smudges or dust. We recommend that you use gloves when handling the print. How do I clean my framed paper print? We recommend using a soft cloth rather than a towel which may be too dangerous for the surface and resulting in scratching. We also recommend using plastic cleaners and not glass cleaners which best preserve the clear coat finish on the plexiglass. Can I hang my framed paper print in the bathroom or outdoors? Over time, moisture that can be found in these areas can seep into the paper. This can ultimately damage the print, as the paper print may show signs of warping or waving behind the plexiglass. Will the colors I see on my monitor be exactly how the image prints? The colors you see on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but due to differences in pixels and the "total" capabilities of "Canvas & Poster" printing, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed. What sizes available for purchase? Size, shape, and orientation may vary by print. Fortunately, we do offer custom sizing options through "Whitewall" Photo Printing, offices located in New York and Germany. Can I customize the art you offer for sale? Unfortunately, we cannot modify our current product images that are displayed on the website. Though, we do participate in custom projects, not including alterations of current Photoshop documents, where you consider the job well done in terms of uniqueness and professionalism. These endeavors cost more money, but you will be receiving artwork on a Canvas and Poster that is extrordinarily unique and visually stunning. Do you have an inventory of prints? Artwork is made to ourder by our company and fullfillers. We do not carry an inventory of products. Can I purchase an unstretched canvas? Unfortunately, unassembled prints are not available for purchase at this time. Can purchase a digital copy of the image? We are able to offer digital copies of the sale. If this option is not accessible by any means on our website, it is our opinion that we have not integrated our plans fully and it may not be available as an option. In the future, we plan on having the coding and resorces to create an order like such. Do you offer framing services for a print that I already own? We do not offer framing services for previous purchases. If you purchased artwork without the decorative floating frame in the past 30 days, please contact us at info@photocanvass.com for help in exchanging your artwork.




Order Processing & Payment


Can I place an order by phone or email?

For security purposes which assists customer and provider, we do not take orders by phone or email at this time. Fast or customizations that involve regular timeframes should be done via our brochure as a reference for our customization practices and phone or email is appropriate in this situation. Due to the high volume of sales, it may take longer to receive your final Canvas or Poster due to the extra collaboration between yourself and us, If you are having trouble with placing an order on our website, please contact us at info@photocanvass.com and we can help with troubleshooting the issue.

Can I leave the product in the cart and come back later?

Yes! If you sign in using Facebook or Google or take the time to “Sign Up” for a unique login, we'll make sure it stays in the cart. You can always favorite our site at the URL’s photocanvass.com, funeralcanvas.com, or funeralcanvas.net.

Can I split my order and send different parts to different addresses?

No, only one shipping address per order.

Can I order the art piece in a custom size?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizes for our products other than those projects that are entirely customized, as stated in the first FAQ question.

How can I pay for my purchase?

Protecting your private data is our highest priority. We provide high-level protection through SSL, short for Secure Sockets Layer. See our Privacy and Security section for more details.

How do I create an order?

  • Select the design, floral or any other of our pre-made designs, and continue the order with the provided steps/cues.
  • Once you have added all of the photos you are interested in including in the Canvas or Poster collage, this is available and part of your “View Cart And Checkout” phase.
  • Review your shopping cart to ensure you have entered the correct images either at checkout with our simple form or those images shared with us the image via Sharefile App. We also provide a third point of upload via our apps created by third party programmers locatable on our “Thank You” page found at the end of the transaction process.
  • Select the “Checkout Now” and “Checkout” with the offered payment options Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Paypal. If you are wondering, we do offer Paypal receipts of payments. Just be sure that you choose this option in the checkout process, "Payments".
  • Use existing, update, or add new shipping and billing addresses. If it is your first time using the website (just created a “Sign in” ID or first login with Facebook or Google Account(s) have saved your credit card for future projects, including adding your desired products into your shopping cart, there will be no need to update information unless it has changed. But please be sure that this information is current to avoid delays.
  • Enter preferred payment details and follow on-screen prompts to complete your purchase.
  • Choose to “Sign Up”, “Checkout As Guest” or “Checkout with Paypal”. Please note: Customers who checkout as a guest will not be able to view their order status, even if an account was created after purchase.
  • Enter your credit card details in the Payment box or select the Paypal tab to checkout with Paypal.
  • Select “Place Your Order” to complete your order.

What are my payment options?

When will I be charged?

All orders will be charged in full at the point of purchase.

Will I be charged taxes?

For US orders, “Canvas or Posters” a Living Inside the Shell Corporation, may apply state sales tax during checkout. To assess sales tax, please review your order summary in the shopping cart after submitting your shipping and billing address information during checkout. All orders do not require a sales tax to complete the purchase as stated in one of the FAQ questions above. Online purchases have been exempted from sales takes for some time now based on the limited interaction necessary to make a full purchase without the inhouse system In the rare case that they are required by state law, you will get the opportunity to see what taxes are necessary and if this alters the final payment in a manner in which you do not like. Unwanted sales taxes are mostly rare when it comes to our experience with customers and their reactions to surcharge.

All duties and taxes for orders outside of the United States are to be paid by an appropriate party. “Canvas or Posters” a Living Inside the Shell Corporation is not responsible for any billing imposed by any state outside of the United States. If products are being shipped outside of the United States, the recipient of the product is fully responsible for all the applicable duties and taxes.
